Desk to Deadlift

Ten weeks for a body that sits for nine hours. Two lunchtime sessions a week, no shower required, no gym clothes theatre.

This block exists because half the people who write to me can only train between twelve and two, and they do not want to arrive back at a desk soaked.

Sessions are forty-five minutes, built around one heavy lift and two things that undo the chair, and paced so you leave warm rather than wrecked. The deadlift is in the title because it turns out to be the single lift that changes how a sitting body feels, and by week ten most people are pulling something respectable.

The third session is a twenty-minute walk with a load in each hand, which you can do on the way home from anywhere.
