Coming back
Most people arrive having been told what not to do, and nobody has told them what to do instead. So we start by finding the range that does not hurt today, load that, and widen it a little every week.
The first six weeks are mostly one-arm and one-leg work, because it lets us load a side without asking the sore side to keep up. From week seven we start putting the two halves back together, and by the end you are pressing and pulling overhead again with a plan for what to do the next time it flares up.
If something is not settling I will say so and send you to one of two physical therapists in Sellwood I trust. That is not a failure of the block; it is the block working.
